Artist, teacher, and researcher. In her artistic practice, she explores the use of machine learning algorithms in the field of creation. Working with large collections of archival images and these new “intelligent” technologies, she aims to provide alternative perspectives that encourage reflection and challenge the conventions of our perception. The research developed in her artistic projects is significant in the field of post-photography and the revision of its epistemological frameworks, exploring the artist’s capacity for co-creation with intelligent technologies, the power of art in knowledge transfer, and the validation of artistic research within the context of traditional research.
